Monty’s favourite ice cream is now closer to us after the opening of Gallone’s latest ice cream parlour in Abington Street. The parlour can seat 60 people and offers 32 flavours of ice cream as well as all the usual smoothies, waffles and banana splits. All of us at Montys say – bring it on!

Free WiFi is now live in Abington Street allowing shoppers, visitors and residents to connect to the “World Wide Web” on the move. There is already FREE WiFi on the Market Square, further showing that Northampton Borough Council and Northampton BID do give you something for nothing!

On Saturday 25th Apil, Montys played their part in painting the town GREEN with the help of the people of Northampton. Many of the shops (including ourselves,) banks and supermarkets took part in the day with bunting & balloons to raise money for a very worthwhile cause that is “Macmillan Cancer Support”.

All of us here at Montys are so glad the election is here tomorrow as we all feel “electioned out”. So much media attention and hot air, no wonder everyone’s worried about global warming!
